Application Procedure:
APS Online Admission Steps:
- Student and Guardian must attend and Orientation/Overview session or appointment to receive the application documents
- Student and Guardian must complete all required admission documents by the admission deadline (November 30, 2009) Click on the links below to view the documents.
- Interest Inventory
- Online student self check
- Declaration of Residency
- Emergency Contact Card
- Acceptable Use Policy and Computer Use Agreement
- APS Registration Information (if new to APS)
- Student and Guardian are notified of acceptance into APS Online student makes an appointment with counselor
- Meeting with counselor for transcript review and completion of Individual academic plan completes the admission process.

A student’s grade classification is determined by the number of high school credits earned.
Minimum credit for the following grade classification at Aurora Online is as follows:
- Freshman (Grade 9) 0 – 5.50 credits
- Sophomore (Grade 10) 6 – 11.00 credits
- Junior (Grade 11) 12 – 16.50 credits
- Senior (Grade 12) 17 - 22 credits
Previous high school transcripts will be evaluated to determine courses required for graduation.
